DripLynx is a plug-and-play outreach automation platform for RVM, SMS, postcards, emails, and full campaign workflows. Because the platform works with contacts, campaigns, delivery activity, billing, and integrations, privacy and data handling are important parts of the service.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the platform, and information received through integrations or service providers.

DripLynx uses contact data to help you manage campaigns, determine campaign membership, apply suppressions, schedule outreach, route callbacks, search records, and display contact-level history.
4. Campaign and Automation Data
When you create campaigns or automations, DripLynx may store campaign names, channel settings, voicemail audio references, SMS content, email content, postcard content, notes, schedules, selected campaign members, delivery jobs, provider identifiers, errors, callback settings, and related history.
This data is used to create, queue, schedule, track, troubleshoot, and report on campaign activity across RVM, SMS, postcards, email, and automation workflows.
5. Billing and Payment Data
DripLynx may collect billing-related information such as subscription plan, subscription status, credit purchases, credit balance, usage history, payment method metadata, billing cycle, and transaction records.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors. DripLynx should not store full raw card numbers. Payment processors may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
6. Usage, Logs, and Technical Data
We may collect usage and technical data to operate the platform, protect accounts, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, investigate errors, detect abuse, and understand how the platform is used.

9. CRM and Third-Party Integrations
If you connect DripLynx to a CRM, dialer, spreadsheet, database, webhook, API, payment processor, delivery provider, or other third-party service, information may be exchanged with that service to perform the requested workflow.
Third-party services have their own privacy policies, terms, data practices, limits, and security controls. DripLynx is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services you choose to connect or use.

If you are a contact of a DripLynx customer, you should usually contact the business that contacted you first, because that business controls the campaign and contact list.

DripLynx is intended for business use and is not directed to children. You should not use DripLynx to knowingly collect personal information from children or run campaigns directed at children unless you have all required legal authority and compliance controls.
