Ringless Voicemail Compliance Notice
Ringless voicemail messages may be treated as calls under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and FCC rules. By using DripLynx, you are responsible for making sure every campaign is lawful before sending.
- Prior consent: You must have proper consent from each recipient before sending marketing ringless voicemail messages.
- Business identification: Your voicemail should clearly identify the business, person, or organization responsible for the message.
- Opt-out access: You must provide a simple way for recipients to opt out of future messages, such as a callback number, toll-free number, or other automated opt-out process.
- Do Not Call compliance: You are responsible for scrubbing lists against the National Do Not Call Registry, state DNC lists, internal opt-outs, suppressions, and any other applicable restricted lists.
- Calling-hour restrictions: Campaigns should only be delivered during permitted calling hours, generally 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM in the recipient’s local time, unless stricter rules apply.
- State, carrier, and industry rules: Federal, state, carrier, and industry-specific rules may apply. You are responsible for reviewing and following all rules that apply to your business and campaign.
DripLynx provides sending tools and workflow controls, but it does not provide legal advice. You should verify compliance requirements with qualified counsel, your provider, and applicable regulators before sending.
